Over the years, we have had the pleasure of traveling the globe and enjoying wonderful cuisine.  Culinary passion is in our blood, and we continue to experiment with and refine our favorite recipes.

Many recipes are from Switzerland and pay homage to my Swiss-German heritage.  Influenced by my mother and grandmothers, these women were masters in their own right, preparing delicious, healthful meals for their large families. Other recipes stem from years of traveling, working in restaurants, talking to chefs, restaurant owners and great home chefs who have so kindly opened their doors to us.

We hope these recipes will inspire you to give them a try in your own kitchen, and enjoy with Napa Station wines from some of Napa Valley’s best vineyards.

All recipes serve four unless otherwise noted.
